There are all kinds of fancy names and diagnoses to describe the people I can work with. Below is a (not totally exhaustive) list of these. If you'd like to work with me but not sure if I can help, please get in contact via the web form and we can talk about it.

I work with adults in New Zealand/Aotearoa who speak English and identify with any cultural background, gender orientation, sexual identity and physical ability.

Please note I do not have capacity to support people in acute crisis. If you need immediate support, contact your local mental health crisis team or 111.

Depression / Low mood / Shutdown

When you feel low, flat or like the world has lost its colour. Our nervous system puts us to this state when we feel stuck.

Anxiety / Panic / Intense worry / Over-thinking

When we feel unsafe, our minds work over-time. Sometimes we don't even know why we are even feeling this way!

Complex / PTSD / Trauma

You're often in fight or flight or super spaced out (dissociated). There's things in your past you desperately want to move on from but it won't seem to let you go.

Emotional dysregulation / extreme moods

Your feelings change quickly or become extreme and this makes you feel out of control.

Living with Neurodivergence

It's challenging living in a neuro-typical culture when your brain is wired differently. I can help with strategies and support for those with ADHD, Autism and other forms of neurodivergence.

Recovery from concussion

People with concussion often feel invalidated by the traditional medical approach, particularly if they are experiencing persistent concussion symptoms. I use a holistic approach to support clients' healing journeys which acknowledges the interrelationships between mind, body and emotions.

Costs and payment

Sessions are $190 + GST ($218.50) for 50-55 minutes. For the first session, I ask that clients pre-pay and future sessions are then invoiced to your email. Further payment information is described in the consent form. Contact me if you have any questions about payment.
