This session offers a structured, compassionate space to explore your attention, memory, executive functioning, and life patterns. Using a diagnostic-informed interview (similar to the DIVA-5), we’ll consider ADHD traits alongside factors like trauma, burnout, anxiety, or sensory processing differences that can mimic or mask ADHD.
You’ll receive:
• A 90-minute consult with a clinical psychologist which includes a verbal summary of key patterns and impressions
• A concise written statement on whether formal assessment may be worth pursuing
