So often we talk or act in ways we wouldn't choose to if we were being our authentic selves. I use a 'parts approach' to help my clients make sense of their mind and bodies. With awareness, they learn to respond to stressors in their life with more choice and freedom.

Learn the things you do because you're stuck in old protective ways of being. They worked well in a particular time and context, but might be giving you a bit of grief now.

Anxiety,  panic. Our bodies can get super sensitive to things that feel like threats. Make your nervous system your best friend. Learn how to help it regulate when it feels out of control.
